“After having 2 beautiful children and prior to working with Jane, I had seen a pelvic floor therapist who focused only on kegels, had seen 2 urologists (of which, one was a very bad experience), been prescribed medication to ‘curb’ urinary incontinence, and was going to the toilet every 20 mins to prevent accidents. I also stopped exercising and relied on pads to get me through the day!
